By using this website, requesting a quote, or accepting lawn or landscape services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
We provide residential and light commercial lawn care and landscape services across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including mowing, edging, mulch installation, tree and shrub trimming, sod installation, bush and shrub planting, fertilization, weed control, seasonal cleanups and French drains.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site visit. Final pricing may change if conditions at the property differ materially from what was described. We will tell you before performing any work that exceeds the quoted amount. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Service days are scheduled in routes by area. Rain, freezing conditions, equipment failure and other circumstances beyond our control may delay a visit; when that happens we move the visit to the next available service day and notify you. Recurring service requires reasonable access to the property, including unlocked gates and pets secured.
Payment is due on completion of each visit or on the terms stated on your invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on the invoice. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be paused until the balance is settled.
Recurring services require no long-term contract. You may cancel or pause recurring service at any time by calling, texting or emailing us. We ask for 24 hours notice before a scheduled visit so we can adjust the route.
By checking the optional SMS consent box(es) on a quote form on this website, by providing your mobile number through our website chat, by texting us, or by agreeing at the time of service, you consent to receive text messages from Green Titan Lawn & Landscape.
We carry liability insurance and take reasonable care on every property. Please mark sprinkler heads, invisible fence lines, low-voltage lighting, shallow cables and other hidden items before service begins; we are not responsible for damage to unmarked items that are not visible from the surface. Report any damage caused by our crew within 48 hours of the visit so we can inspect and resolve it.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
The text, photographs, logos and design on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Photographs of completed work are representative and results vary by property, turf type and season.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
